If you consistently require phone and live chat support outside of normal business hours, we recommend pre-purchasing a year of dedicated phone and live chat support at a discounted rate as opposed to paying per incident.
You can pre-purchase a year of premium support at the rate of $500 / year, which includes up to 10 hours of nights and weekend support each year.
You can also prepay for each incident ahead of time. However, you must notify your account representative before the incident so we can make sure there is a support representative available to help you. Incidents are billed at:
✔ $ 120.00 / hour for night and weekend support
✔ $ 260.00 / hour on holidays and holiday weekends
All premium support corporate members will receive a provisioned phone support contact number. This number is entered after calling +1.703.880.3095, pressing option 2, and entering your PIN. You will also need to provide the PIN to the support specialist for live chat options.
