DYN: Active Failover

Oracle Dyn’s Failover service allows you to configure global health checks that monitor your primary endpoint. If your primary resource is down, traffic will automatically be routed to your backup IP/host. You can also choose to receive notifications for when your primary endpoint goes down and when it becomes available again.

DNS Made Easy: Failover

DNS Made Easy’s Failover solution operates similarly to Dyn’s Active Failover. One additional step we take is to ensure your alternative resources are healthy and available before redirecting traffic, which prevents unnecessary downtime.
